As a 3PL, FWF has the unique ability to offer less than truckload (LTL) and full truckload (TL) shipping, intermodal, drayage, domestic and international ground/air freight services to our clients. Advanced technology and innovation allow FWF to offer complete logistics solutions through three distinct service features: 

  • Dedicated representatives 

  • Automated TMS implementation

We are looking for Logistics Consultants that are self-motivated and have the desire to work in a fast-paced, exciting career with an award-winning workplace. Our rapid growth continues to allow us to offer career advancement as a majority of our sales management team has been promoted from within the company. 

Day-to-Day Operations

  • Develop sales strategies and closing ability based on customer and carrier needs
  • Devoted to attaining and surpassing sales quotes and goals 
  • Desire to build relationships with valued customers and carriers 
  • Build and maintain book of business through constant communication with customers and carriers 
  • Track day-to-day shipments, resolving issues, making sure pickup and delivery are on time  
  • Develop a book of business through cold calling and lead generation 
  • Consult with FWF clients to administer highly effective transportation solutions

Compensation and Benefits 

  • 50k base salary + uncapped commissions after an initial 90-day training period 
  • 60k base salary + uncapped commissions after the 180-day advanced training period
